Our healthcare client on the East Coast is looking to engage an experienced UKG Advanced Scheduling Consultant to join their team immediately. This long-term contract opportunity would require some on-site travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring UKG (formerly Kronos) scheduling solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce management principles, scheduling algorithms, and labor laws/regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
  • UKG certification(s) in scheduling modules preferred.
