Job Description

As the Training Scheduler and Logistics Project Coordinator, your role involves managing schedules and logistics to support the training and activation team effectively. Your attention to detail and organizational skills ensure smooth operations within the team, contributing significantly to the success of our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Under general supervision, provides training scheduling and logistic coordination support to the training and activation team. 

·       Create schedules for training and ATE engagements.

·       May also assist with other administrative duties including on-site support for resource registration and logistics. 

·       Coordinate logistics for both our trainers and ATE staff during client engagements.

·       Leverage Deputy to input schedules and produce burn rate reports. 

·       Manage and track our resources on assessment expenses.

·       Prepare Training and ATE schedules for clients quotes and proposals. 

 

Qualifications: 

·       Two years college degree with courses in business, project management, accounting, computer operation or a comparable level of education, training, and experience.

·       2 years progressively responsible for training project documentation and status reporting. .

·       Experience in creating training or ATE deployment schedules.

·       Demonstrated ability to compose emails, policy statements, procedure manuals, and reports.

·       Ability to organize complex information into a complete document suitable for publication and distribution.

·       Ability to independently problem-solve and perform duties and responsibilities.

·       High level of proficiency (intermediate to advanced) and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, and Word. Visio is a plus. 

·       Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks frequently with short timelines, to prioritize and organize work, and to complete assignments in a timely, accurate manner.
