Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor - ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced, HR Operations Project Manager with Workday experience to join their team immediately. This 6 + month contract-to-hire opportunity would begin immediately and follow a hybrid schedule, with the client requesting 2 -3 days per week in office at their East Los Angeles / Commerce location.
Responsibilities: Manage various HR projects in the PMO portfolio. Short and mid-term projects include:
- Job description stabilization and standardization, including pay grades and pay levels
- Mature strategy, approach and operationalize contingent workers (Prior experience here is highly preferred!)
- Implementation of new Time, Attendance & Scheduling software and potentially a new Payroll software
- Implementation of a new Benefits software platform
- Improve HR self-service
Requirements:
- Workday HCM experience
- 5+ years of experience managing HR operations projects
- Healthcare experience, preferred
- Experience working with a rapidly growing company is a plus
- Hard worker who takes initiative, and works transparently
