You will conduct daily outreach to hospitals, health systems, and third-party healthcare management groups to acquire new clients that need project-based IT consultant services. The role offers a competitive base pay and individuals should earn six figures with sales growth. Candidates must be locals of the Metropolitan Kansas City area.
Primary duties:
- Solicit new business in a dedicated geographic territory
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Five-plus years of previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and phone skills.

- Committed to ethical business practices and outstanding customer service; someone who understands the business benefits of client satisfaction and consultant loyalty.
- Comfort and experience with cloud-based sales collaboration solutions including Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, and Dropbox.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with the healthcare industry, IT skills, vendor systems, and job titles associated with widely-used Enterprise Applications including EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM, ITSM solutions like Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, UKG, Workday, Infor–Lawson, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.com.
