Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor - ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client on the East Coast is looking for an experienced, Workday Financials & Supply Chain Management Lead to join their team immediately. This permanent position will require occasional on-site travel to the client site.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic design and delivery of digital processes and solutions in Finance and Supply Chain management, ensuring operational excellence through effective governance, planning, and execution of Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of job-related experience in a similar capacity.
- At least five (5) years of experience with Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience.
- Three (3) years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of enterprise Finance and Supply Chain systems.
- Strong ability to articulate complex messages to all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to align business priorities with technology opportunities.
- Skilled in project planning, management, risk monitoring, and mitigation.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Capacity to motivate and direct a team.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
