We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Healthcare IT Leaders. In this role, you will attract, source, and hire top-tier internal talent to support our company's growth and strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional solutions to our clients in the healthcare IT space.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive hiring strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer and evaluate any required assessments or tests.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to attract candidates who align with our goals.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Operations:
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and reporting using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Thorough understanding of modern office practices and procedures.
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with co-workers and project a professional image to the public.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on detail-oriented execution with high accuracy.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, and related computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment with frequently changing dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare IT or staffing.
