Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor - ERP Michael Cooper is recruiting this position.
Our client is in need of an experienced Workday Absence and Benefits Lead to manage their implementation. This is a remote, contract position.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Absence Management and Benefits Lead for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications
- Lead the day-to-day workstream activities, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, configuration and knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
- Workday Certified Absence Management and Benefits (Comp can substitute for benefits)
- Minimum of three to five years of recent enterprise resource planning (ERP), Absence Management implementation and upgrade experience preferred
- Completion of one full implementation with Workday ERP and Workday certification in Absence or Integration
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
