Talent Acquisition Specialist 

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract top-tier talent to support our growth in the healthcare IT industry. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results for our clients.

Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the talent market
  • Use creative methods like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find exceptional candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless experience for candidates
  • Promote our culture, values, and mission to attract like-minded talent
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and reporting in our ATS
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collect feedback from new hires to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in Healthcare IT or staffing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other recruitment tools.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
