Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Taylor Ware is recruiting this position.
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Core Analyst with expertise in Recruiting to join our team immediately. This is a 6-month contract position, fully remote, with a focus on optimizing recruitment and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analyst for the Caregiver Lifecycle Project, enhancing recruitment, hiring, job changes, and terminations.
- Manage the transition of medical students from contingent workers to external student status in Workday.
- Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting and HCM Core functionalities.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and improve system efficiencies.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and implement best practices for workforce optimization.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Workday HCM Core and Workday Recruiting.
- Background in HR processes, including hiring, job transitions, and terminations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
