Seeking an experienced Workday Security Administrator to manage role-based access control and security provisioning for a leading healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security configurations within Workday, managing role-based access control (RBAC), and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define security roles, create and maintain security groups, and handle user provisioning/de-provisioning processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday security administration and role-based access control
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare
  • Experience with user provisioning/de-provisioning processes and workflow management
  • Proven track record of managing security groups and role assignments
  • Ability to create and maintain security documentation and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
