Position Overview:

The Workday Financial Reporting Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying financial reports within the Workday environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Financials, reporting tools, and financial analysis. The Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver effective reporting solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain financial reports using Workday reporting tools, including Calculated Fields and Report Writer. 
• Gather and analyze client reporting requirements. 
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications. 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reports. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues. 
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure accurate and efficient reporting solutions. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday reporting functionalities and best practices. 
• Participate in all phases of the reporting lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment. 
• Ensure reports meet performance and security requirements. 
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support financial analysis. 

Qualifications Required:  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services Certification. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing financial reports in Workday. 
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and practices. 
• Experience with Workday reporting tools and functionalities. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Qualifications Preferred:  

• Workday Pro Record to Report Services 
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics. 
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A). 
• Experience within the Healthcare industry.
