Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Alma Arteaga is recruiting this position.
Our client seeks an experienced Infor M3 Workstream Lead to drive the implementation of Customer Order Management (Sales) processes, providing functional leadership and hands-on configuration expertise.
The ideal candidate will partner with client stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Infor M3 sales processes while ensuring alignment with business requirements. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for writing functional specifications, providing configuration guidance, and collaborating with development teams to deliver successful implementation outcomes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with Infor M3 ERP implementations
- Deep functional knowledge of Infor M3 Customer Order Management/Sales processes
- Proven experience in hands-on system configuration and process design
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Experience writing functional specifications for development teams
- Excellence in stakeholder management and client communication
- Ability to lead workshops and training sessions
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Pennsylvania (approximately once per month)
- Previous workstream lead experience preferred
