Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Jessica Plemmons is recruiting this position.
Our client in Kennesaw, GA seeks a full-time, onsite Controller for a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Prepare, analyze and present financial results, provide variance explanations and ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
- Monthly – internal reporting
- Quarterly and YE
- Ad hoc reporting
- Create company’s income statement and capital budget, manage the financial results according to budget and forecast as needed
- Monitor expenses closely to keep on track and within budget.
- Monitor price/cost of products, price increases and reduction in cost opportunities
- Manage financial year end audit.
- Various month end entries
- Manage capital requests and budgeting timeline for capital
- Review and ensure appropriate internal controls, GAAP compliance and financial procedures
- Review and approve purchase orders/any company purchases
- Manage the preparation and timely filing of all local, state and federal returns
- Estimated quarterly tax payments (Federal and State)
- Work on federal, state and California returns
- Sales tax (monthly), tax rates update – quarterly
Treasury
- Monitor and manage all bank accounts– daily
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Cash and merchant reconciliations
- Wire payments (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintain multiple bank relationships
- Ensure adequate cash flow/forecast for organizational needs
