Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
Our client is looking for a Workday Compensation Analyst to join their team immediately. They are in need of someone that understands the functional side of compensation as well as the Workday configuration side. This individual will need to be able to create reports and help analyze the information from those reports to support the competition leadership team as they transform the department. This 4 + month contract would require some on-site travel.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of Workday implementation and upgrade experience
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Completion of one full implementation with Workday
- Workday Pro HCM Core Services and Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification Required
- Strong verbal, Documentation and analytical skills
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
