Job Summary:

Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Alma Arteaga is recruiting this position.
Seeking an experienced Workday Procure to Pay (P2P) Subject Matter Expert to optimize and streamline procurement processes, provide configuration support, and deliver knowledge transfer to the procurement team.
Our healthcare client is seeking a seasoned Workday P2P specialist to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes, focusing on capital purchases, inventory management, and buyer operations. The ideal candidate will work directly with the procurement team to establish best practices, provide hands-on training, and optimize system configurations. This role is contract with occasional travel for key dates and meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Procure to Pay module implementation and support
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory management
- Experience with capital procurement processes and workflows
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and setup requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective training and knowledge transfer
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Epic systems knowledge highly desired
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various business units
