We are seeking an experienced Soft Blood Bank Analyst to join our healthcare IT team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and supporting the SCC Soft Blood Bank system while also contributing to Epic Beaker build activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a major healthcare integration project, combining technical expertise with laboratory information systems knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SCC Soft Blood Bank system configuration and support
  • Experience with Epic Beaker build and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and blood bank operations
  • Expertise in interface management and troubleshooting (HIE and instruments)
  • Experience with billing file generation and charge review processes
  • Proven ability in system validation and testing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
