Our healthcare client is looking for a Workday HCM Project Manager to join their team immediately in a 6 + month contract capacity. In this role, you will be supporting the client directly as they work towards an upcoming Go-Live.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of Workday HCM experience
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project/Program Manager and/or Lead
  • Help build relationships, and be diligent on tasks to follow up and ensure completion
  • Operate efficiently and assist with the prioritization of work (Currently struggling with having too many meetings on the books, need someone that can help consolidate and / or advise on meetings that should be occurring)
  • Support prioritization of system-related workstreams to enhance overall project efficiency in a healthcare setting
  • Healthcare / hospital system experience, required
  • Knowledge of Epic and / or EHR Systems, preferred
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to accommodate 25% on-site travel
