Seeking an experienced, Certified Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expert to lead assessment, optimization, and implementation initiatives for a major healthcare organization.

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Consultant to join our team for a critical transformation project. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of current supply chain processes, providing strategic recommendations, and executing implementation plans. Key focus areas include procurement optimization, item catalog management, spend category analysis, and system conversion work. The ideal candidate will bring both advisory and hands-on build experience with Workday SCM, demonstrating the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

This would be a part-time, 100% remote contract opportunity.

Requirements:

• Workday Certification, required.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Supply Chain Management
• Proven track record in procurement optimization and spend analysis
• Strong expertise in item catalog design and management
• Experience leading system assessments and providing strategic recommendations
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Excellence in stakeholder communication and project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and lead technical workstreams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
