About the Role:

Our healthcare client located in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead to oversee the transformation and implementation of our Microsoft Program within a leading Academic Medical Center (AMC). This senior-level position will be instrumental in driving change management, communications, and training initiatives across the organization. This is remote, contract role with occasional travel to Boston, MA required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies
• Oversee communication planning and execution across all stakeholder groups
• Direct training program development and implementation
• Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational adoption
• Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance mitigation
• Create and maintain change management metrics and reporting
• Lead OCM team members and coordinate with project workstreams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of healthcare experience specifically within an Academic Medical Center (AMC) setting
• Demonstrated experience leading Microsoft implementation projects and associated change management initiatives
• Proven track record of successful enterprise-wide technology transformations
• Executive level communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MHA, or similar preferred)

Travel Requirements:

• Periodic travel to Boston, MA required (approximately 25%)
