Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Jessica Plemmons is recruiting this position.
We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Consultant to join our team and support our Workday platform with a primary focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday’s reporting tools, data structures, and business processes across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into meaningful insights through effective reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze existing reports and recommend enhancements to improve data visibility and performance.
- Support the implementation of new Workday features and reporting capabilities during system updates or module rollouts.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting activities.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users for self-service reporting tools.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver cross-functional reporting projects.
- Monitor scheduled reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Stay current on Workday releases and community best practices to enhance reporting strategy.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting, including custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
- Solid understanding of data structures, business processes, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Workday Partner (Implementer) Certified
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, BIRT, or Workday Extend.
- Background in HR, Finance, or systems integration is a plus.
