Job Summary:

Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Alma Arteaga is recruiting this position.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Greensboro, NC
Strategic HR professional needed to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational success through effective people strategies and HR initiatives.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves providing expert consultation on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Working in a hybrid environment, the position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on HR expertise to drive business results through people-focused solutions. Key responsibilities include succession planning, leadership coaching, talent retention strategies, and leading HR projects related to organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive HR or related business experience
- SHRM-(S)CP, (S)PHR, or CHHR certification required
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR partnership with business leaders
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with data-driven decision making and workforce planning
- Proven track record in change management and organizational development
- Excellence in leadership coaching and development
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing DEI initiatives
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
