Epic ASAP Emergency Department/Grand Central Patient Flow Analyst

Seeking an experienced Epic ASAP/Grand Central Analyst to support a major healthcare system's Epic implementation project.

We are looking for a certified Epic ASAP Emergency Department/Grand Central Patient Flow Analyst to join our team for a large-scale Epic implementation project. This role will focus on configuring and optimizing Emergency Department workflows, transfer center operations, and clinical case management processes. The project runs from October 2025 through October 2026, with approximately 25% travel required (one week per month).

Requirements

  • Current Epic ASAP certification required
  • 3+ years of Epic ASAP implementation experience
  • Experience with Emergency Department workflows and operations
  • Knowledge of Transfer Center and Clinical Case Management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience with large-scale Epic implementations
  • Must pass background check and health screening requirements
