About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to join a major healthcare organization for their full-platform Workday implementation project. This is a remote contract position requiring expertise in Workday integrations and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations for a full-platform Workday implementation
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between Workday and third-party systems
- Create and manage detailed integration specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for integration development
- Ensure compliance with security standards and healthcare industry regulations
- Conduct testing and validation of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
- Support post-implementation maintenance and optimization
Required Qualifications
- Current Workday Integration Certification
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI
- Expertise in web services, APIs, and integration technologies
- Experience with integration testing tools and methodologies
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with full-platform Workday implementations
- Knowledge of integration security protocols and compliance requirements
Technical Skills:
- Workday Integration Tools (Studio, EIB, PECI)
- XML, XSLT, Web Services
- REST and SOAP APIs
- Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Data mapping and transformation
- Integration security protocols
