We’re seeking an experienced Workday Client-Side Testing Lead to oversee and execute front-end testing efforts for Workday applications. This is a long-term, part-time contract position, with working hours aligned to the Alaska Time Zone (AKST/AKDT). The ideal candidate brings deep testing expertise, excellent leadership, and thorough knowledge of the Workday platform.

Requirements

  • Lead all client-side testing activities for Workday implementation, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage test strategy, scripts, and timelines across multiple Workday modules.
  • Coordinate with functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve defects.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
  • Maintain testing documentation, metrics, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work part-time on Alaska Time Zone hours for the duration of the long-term contract.
