Our Georgia client is seeking an Epic CC PB and PB Claims Analyst for a Contract-to-Hire position.

Job Details

Team: Community Connect

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Target: 4–6 months to conversion)

Location: Must be local to Georgia – Mostly Remote with event-based travel

Requirements:

  • Epic Professional Billing – strong experience across all PB workflows: charge capture, billing, claims, remits, edits
  • Claims/TPA Setup – experience configuring claims with third-party administrators
  • EDI knowledge – familiarity with 837/835 file formats strongly preferred
  • White-glove customer service mindset – comfort working directly with physicians and leadership
  • Georgia-based – must live in GA and be able to go onsite as needed (Travel to Clinical)
  • Expectation is event-based travel – e.g., onsite for discovery, then remote, then back onsite for go-live
  • Work is remote when not needed onsite; no night/weekend support unless part of a rare upgrade
