Seeking an experienced Workday Application Manager to lead the strategic design and delivery of Finance and Supply Chain digital processes and solutions in a healthcare environment.

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the governance, planning, and execution of Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning solutions. This role combines deep functional expertise in business processes with technical Workday knowledge, system integration experience, and people management responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • 5+ years of Workday Finance and Supply Chain experience in healthcare
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics to various audiences
  • Proven experience in enterprise Finance and Supply Chain implementation and management
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology opportunities with business priorities
  • Excellence in project planning, risk monitoring, and team leadership
  • Strong track record of maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity
