We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Finance & Accounting Center Consultant to join our dynamic Workday practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Workday Financial Management solutions with a strong focus on the Accounting Center module. Experience working on the partner-side (Workday partner/consulting firm) is highly preferred, with a demonstrated track record of leading or contributing to successful client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Finance and Accounting Center (FAC) implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, analyze financial data structures, and design scalable FAC solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday Financials modules with an emphasis on FAC, including data ingestion, transformation, and accounting rules.
• Lead or support full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations, from planning through post-go-live support.
• Develop and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams, data integration specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and internal tools.
• Stay current with new Workday product releases and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials implementation, with a focus on Accounting Center
• Partner-side experience at a Workday-certified firm or consultancy is highly preferred.
• Workday Financials certification(s) required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial data models, and reporting structures.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
