Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, Oracle Health Julie Easley is recruiting this position.
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer / Trainer for an 8 month + contract to support an Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation. This role combines curriculum development with hands-on end-user training to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update training curriculum for Oracle Health modules (registration, charting, order entry, billing).
- Create training materials: tip sheets, bulletins, eLearning modules.
- Deliver role-based end-user training, in person and virtually.
- Coordinate with super users, IS teams, and business partners.
- Track training compliance and report progress.
- Provide at-the-elbow (ATE) go-live support.
Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or healthcare IT training.
- Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle experience
- Able to travel on-site March–June 2026.
