We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer / Trainer for an 8 month + contract to support an Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation. This role combines curriculum development with hands-on end-user training to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update training curriculum for Oracle Health modules (registration, charting, order entry, billing).
  • Create training materials: tip sheets, bulletins, eLearning modules.
  • Deliver role-based end-user training, in person and virtually.
  • Coordinate with super users, IS teams, and business partners.
  • Track training compliance and report progress.
  • Provide at-the-elbow (ATE) go-live support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or healthcare IT training.
  • Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle experience 
  • Able to travel on-site March–June 2026.
