Job Summary:
This resource will provide Provider Support as the client implements Oracle Health Ambulatory and OHPAC.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of general provider workflows and best practices in Ambulatory clinics and Acute care services
- Understanding of Cerner/Oracle Health model
- Facilitate provider workgroups and drive design decision discussions, ensuring the needs and requirements of the clinical community are met
- Represent provider needs (voice of a provider) when working with Clinical Informatics and Project Unity workgroups
- Serve as physician leader for provider change management - support provider education efforts and adoption of new features/functionalities
- Work 1:1 with providers on an as-needed basis to ensure adoption
- Identify and prioritize optimization needs in alignment with project and organizational strategy
- Ensure design/optimization aligns with policy and regulatory compliance requirements
- Must have prior physician experience and strong clinical informatics
