Seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading healthcare organization transitioning from Cerner to Epic, with potential for permanent placement.

Our client is embarking on an exciting transition from Cerner to Epic with a planned go-live in January 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare organization, initially as a contractor with a clear path to full-time employment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing Epic Beaker, bringing their expertise to ensure a successful transition and supporting the organization's long-term goals. This position offers flexible remote work arrangements with occasional on-site visits for key project milestones.

• Must be currently Epic Beaker certified
• Minimum 2+ years of Epic implementation experience
• Experience with full life-cycle Epic implementation as a Deployment or Implementation Analyst
• Previous experience with Cerner to Epic conversion strongly preferred
• Strong build experience required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel on-site every 2 months for meetings and major milestone events
• Must be open to converting to full-time employment
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
