Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, EMR Tosha Smith is recruiting this position.
One of our Indiana clients is looking for an Epic Pharmacy Analyst for a contract to hire role with a 6 month initial contract starting in February. They have a net new Epic install that will be starting then with a Go Live scheduled for January 2027. There is going to be a once monthly travel ask that will taper off after Go Live (initially quarterly then reducing further to once or twice per year).
Start: 2/2/2026
Duration: 6 Month initial before converting to FTE or extending
Travel: Once per month, tapering off after Go Live
Required:
- Willow certification and experience.
- Beacon experience is required, and Beacon certification is preferred.
- Candidates must have completed at least 1 full life cycle Epic Implementation, 3+ is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
