Payroll Services Manager

Seeking an experienced Payroll Services Manager to oversee payroll operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements using Workday for a leading healthcare organization. This job is 2 days onsite and 3 days remote in the North White Plains area, NY

The Payroll Services Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and system optimization while working closely with Finance, HR, and Benefits teams. This role will oversee daily payroll operations, ensure accurate processing of payroll adjustments, maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, and implement automation improvements to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of payroll management in a healthcare environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required

- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in payroll

- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements

- Experience with automated staff scheduling and timekeeping systems

- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office applications

- FPC or CPP certification preferred

- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Experience with UKG a plus

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
