One of our West Coast clients is seeking an Epic PB Implementation Cutover Analyst for a 6+month contract. The role will focus on PB + Cadence/Prelude workflow mapping, appointment conversion planning, and stabilization ahead of a go-live scheduled in nine weeks.

Start: Immediate.

Duration: Through January 31, with high likelihood of extension.

Location: Remote/flexible; limited onsite possible/not required

Epic implementation consultant needed to support a Community Connect rollout for a large Ambulatory Surgical Center in California. 

Qualifications

  • Epic PB with Cadence/Prelude experience.
  • 5–8+ years Epic implementation experience, including Community Connect affiliate rollouts.
  • Familiarity with ASC billing rules and specialty workflows strongly preferred.
  • California payer/provider knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to manage project chaos and drive timelines forward.
