Identity Access Management Analyst
6-month contract

Seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Analyst to provide technical leadership for identity and access management processes, applications, and controls while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert for identity and access management, supporting system administrators, security officers, IT managers, and support center personnel. This role involves managing administrative access for enterprise platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving process improvements across Active Directory, AS400, and Windows applications. The position requires a strong focus on security compliance, project leadership, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience administering information systems access controls
- Advanced knowledge of Identity Management principles across computing platforms
- Experience with audit logs review and security incident response
- Strong PowerShell scripting and programming capabilities
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Experience with access control systems and security compliance
- Excellence in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
- Experience with security policy implementation and compliance reporting
