Seeking experienced Epic Prelude Consultants with strong Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) expertise for a 13-week remote engagement starting immediately.

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, needs two certified Epic Prelude consultants to join their Patient Experience team. The primary focus will be addressing a significant backlog of tickets while supporting current operations during a staffing transition. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping streamline patient registration and eligibility verification processes. Epic Grand Central certification is a plus but not required. This is a remote position with an anticipated start date of October 20th and end date of January 2nd.

Requirements

  • Current Epic Prelude certification
  • Extensive experience with Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
  • Proven track record of ticket resolution and backlog management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Healthcare registration/scheduling workflow expertise
  • Ability to start immediately for a 13-week engagement
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams
  • Epic Grand Central certification (preferred)
