Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client on the East Coast is seeking an experienced, Workday Talent and Performance Functional Consultant to support and optimize their HR processes. This contract role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance goal setting, performance reviews, and career development through effective configuration and use of Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday Talent and Performance modules to meet business needs and enhance HR operations.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions and best practice recommendations
- Configure functionality for goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Provide ongoing post-production support and troubleshooting, identifying opportunities to optimize talent management processes
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent and Performance modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including performance management, talent development, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to manage requirements, testing, and system optimization in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday Talent and Performance certification is a strong plus.
