Our West Coast healthcare client is looking for 3 IT Investment Financials Portolio Managers. Healthcare experience would be beneficial to support the financial oversight of investment portfolios tied to major IT initiatives, including ERP, cybersecurity, and clinical applications like Epic. These roles will bridge the gap between project teams and financial operations, ensuring alignment between project forecasts and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project and program teams to align financial forecasts with approved budgets.
• Analyze and report on investment financials, identifying variances and financial risks.
• Use ServiceNow (SPM) to track project financials and support fiscal control.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Support the implementation of new financial capabilities and tools across the organization.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in financial portfolio management, in investment or capital projects.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with project teams and understanding project lifecycle financials.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel. Experience with ServiceNow (SPM) is a must.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• Experience in healthcare is a must; experience in large-scale IT environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or project finance methodologies is a plus. PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred

Addtl: remote role, 12-month contract (possibility to convert for the right person)
