Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence analyst to lead technical teams and optimize enterprise-wide scheduling solutions through decision tree design and implementation.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, leading large-scale scheduling optimization initiatives and managing the design and implementation of Epic Cadence projects. This role requires deep expertise in Epic Cadence decision tree architecture, workflow optimization, and team leadership. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze current scheduling processes, design efficient decision tree solutions, and ensure successful implementation across the organization. This is a 6-12 month contract position starting in November, located in New Jersey.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Epic Cadence experience with current certification

- Proven experience designing and implementing complex decision trees in Epic Cadence

- Strong project management and team leadership experience

- Experience with large-scale scheduling optimization initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

- Experience leading technical implementation teams

- Epic certification must be current and active
