Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Larry Saggese is recruiting this position.
Our client, a major healthcare system, is seeking a senior-level UKG Pro WFM consultant to support their enterprise-wide workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UKG timekeeping and attendance configuration, with strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. This role offers flexible remote work options with occasional onsite presence preferred for local candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM implementations
- Strong expertise in UKG timekeeping and attendance configuration
- Experience with scheduling system implementation and optimization
- Proficiency in creating reports using Tablo or BI tools
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with enterprise-level implementations
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
