Reimbursement Analyst III

18 Month remote contract

Seeking an experienced Reimbursement Analyst III to provide Workday Financial functional expertise and leadership for a major healthcare organization's implementation project.

The Reimbursement Analyst III will serve as a key functional lead for Workday Financial Accounting implementation, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configuring Workday Financial modules, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The position requires strong analytical skills, healthcare finance experience, and deep knowledge of Workday's financial capabilities.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare financial systems or reimbursement analysis

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financial modules

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement methodologies

- Experience leading Workday implementation projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

- Healthcare industry experience required

- Project management experience preferred
