FIN Accounting Analyst III - Pacific Timezone

18 month + contract

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Analyst III to serve as a Functional Lead during their organization's Workday implementation project.

The Financial Accounting Analyst III will serve as a key member of the implementation team, focusing on banking integration and financial processes within Workday. This role requires deep expertise in financial systems, banking operations, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure banking-related functionality, and ensure seamless integration with existing financial systems.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in financial systems implementation or support

- Strong expertise with Workday Financial Management modules, particularly banking and cash management

- Experience with banking integration, payment processing, and reconciliation processes

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Previous experience in healthcare industry preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience leading functional workstreams in enterprise system implementations

- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
