Our healthcare client on the West Coast is looking for a Finance Functional Lead to support supplier accounts and related processes for a major healthcare organization. This is a long-term backfill opportunity focused on maintaining and optimizing the organization’s existing Infor/Lawson financial systems during the transition. This is a contract position that would continue for the next 18 + months.

The Financial Functional Lead will serve as an SME for supplier accounts, providing guidance and support for business process configuration, testing, and optimization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Workday Financial features. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience with Financial Management modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Infor/Lawson Financials (Supplier Accounts)
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to keep financial operations running efficiently
• Partner with Finance leadership and IT to maintain system integrity and streamline workflows
• Document configurations, processes, and key learnings during the Workday transition
• Collaborate with the Workday implementation team as needed to ensure continuity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Infor Lawson Financial Management modules
• Strong expertise in supplier accounts and related business processes
• Experience leading functional workstreams in Workday implementations or optimization projects
• Proven track record of requirements gathering and solution design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed
