Our healthcare client on the West Coast is for a skilled professional to join their team as a Workday Technical Reporting Lead on an 18 + month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday reporting tools and capabilities, advanced knowledge of data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality reporting solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, developing and maintaining complex reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday reporting tools and functionality
  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Report Writer, and Custom Report Fields
  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework and how it impacts reporting
  • Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and composite reporting
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience leading reporting initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
