                            Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Larry Saggese is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Clinical Scheduling Application Analyst to provide functional leadership for their scheduling system as they begin a large ERP transformation project.
This role will be responsible for supporting the client’s scheduling processes using Clairvia, ensuring optimal workforce planning and operational efficiency. You will troubleshoot scheduling issues, provide configuration support, and help facilitate system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day scheduling operations within Clairvia, resolving user issues and system discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in configuring and customizing Clairvia scheduling workflows to meet clinical and operational staffing needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts, data discrepancies, and system performance issues.
- Collaborate with nursing, HR, and operational teams to gather requirements and implement scheduling best practices.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and validation to ensure continued optimal performance.
- Provide end-user training, develop documentation, and deliver best practices for scheduling within Clairvia.
- Support reporting, data integrity, and compliance related to staffing schedules and operational needs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for scheduling automation and workflow improvements.
- Stay current on Clairvia updates, scheduling best practices, and healthcare workforce management standards.
