Job Summary:

Senior Consultant Advisor, ERP Larry Saggese is recruiting this position.

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced UKG Application Analyst to provide functional leadership for timekeeping and attestation systems in a healthcare environment.

The UKG Application Analyst will serve as the functional lead for Kronos/UKG timekeeping and attestation systems, providing expert-level support and guidance for clinical workflows. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workforce management processes, configure system settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with clinical knowledge to deliver effective solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Kronos WFC, UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
Experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
