UKG Manager, Payroll

Seeking an experienced UKG Manager to lead payroll operations and system optimization for a major healthcare organization. This is a 12 month contract job. Its remote opening with occasional travel.

The UKG Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll solutions. This role will lead system configurations, provide technical support, manage payroll processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of payroll policies and procedures, and delivery of training to end users. This is a contract position from November 2025 through August 2026.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro payroll systems

- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

- Experience managing payroll operations in a healthcare environment preferred

- Proven track record of successful UKG implementations or major system upgrades

- Strong project management and team leadership skills

- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
