Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced UKG Digital Application Analyst to provide technical expertise and support for enterprise workforce management systems.

The UKG Digital Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining UKG workforce management solutions, including timekeeping systems and digital clocks. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system updates, providing user support, and ensuring optimal performance of UKG applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with UKG (formerly Kronos) workforce management systems
  • Strong technical background in enterprise-level timekeeping solutions
  • Experience with UKG hardware deployment and maintenance, particularly digital time clocks
  • Proven track record of successful system implementations and upgrades
  • Experience with system integration and API connectivity
  • Knowledge of workforce management best practices
