UKG Pro WFM Testing Lead Consultant

Seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management Testing Lead to oversee testing initiatives and provide expertise in Advanced Scheduling functionality.

Our client seeks a seasoned UKG Pro WFM Testing Lead to manage comprehensive testing efforts while supporting Advanced Scheduling implementation. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent project management skills, and deep technical expertise. The position is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits required. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of testing processes, maintain detailed status reporting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a 40-hour per week contract position with potential for extension beyond January.

Travel is to Texas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with UKG PRO Workforce Management
• Proven expertise in Advanced Scheduling module
• Strong testing methodology and leadership experience
• Excellent project management and documentation skills
• Experience leading end-to-end testing cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to travel on-site as needed (approximately 1-2 visits per month)
• Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
