Procurement Specialist - Los Angeles, CA

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Contract: 3+ month contract with likely extensions and opportunity to convert for the right person.

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, seeks experienced Procurement Specialists to manage end-to-end procurement processes across multiple facilities. This role involves purchase order management, vendor relations, item master data maintenance, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and healthcare industry knowledge, combining procurement expertise with advanced computer proficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of procurement/finance experience in healthcare, bioscience, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Proficient in Oracle, Microsoft Excel (including VLookups and Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with SharePoint and document management systems
  • Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Demonstrated ability in vendor management and contract administration
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and pricing analysis
  • Experience with terms and conditions review and contract execution
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
