Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling Consultant
- 5-6 month contract, remote
Seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling solutions for a large healthcare organization.
Our client requires a seasoned Workday professional to join their team for a long-term project going live in February 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring complex PTO and payroll rules, implementing sophisticated time-tracking solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across Workday modules. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Current Workday HCM and Payroll Pro certifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations
- Deep expertise in Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling
- Proven experience in configuring complex PTO rules and balance calculations
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and cascading pay codes
- Experience implementing FTE-based scheduling rules and exceptions
- Excellence in stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
